The invention provides basalt fiber reinforced excavation material aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof. The basalt fiber reinforced excavation material aggregate concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of cement, 300 parts of coarse aggregate, 226.4 parts of fine aggregate, 40 parts of water, 1 part of a water reducing agent and chopped basalt fibers, wherein the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate are both prepared by crushing gneiss and sieving to obtain a first coarse aggregate with the particle size of 5-10 mm, a second coarse aggregate with the particle size of 10-20 mm and a fine aggregate with the particle size of 0.37-0.52 mm; in the coarse aggregate, the mixing ratio of the first coarse aggregate to the second coarse aggregate is 1: 1; wherein the volume fraction of the chopped basalt fiber is 0-0.5%, and the optimal volume fraction is 0.2%. According to the invention, the optimal fiber ratio suitable for the lining structure on the engineering site can be determined.
