Nanometer material-basalt fiber reinforced coral concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses nano material-basalt fiber reinforced coral concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises Portland cement, fly ash, superfine mineral powder, coral sand, seawater, a water reducing agent, basalt fibers, nano calcium carbonate and carbon nanotubes. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring Portland cement, fly ash and superfine mineral powder, respectively mixing and ultrasonically dispersing three parts of 1/3 artificial seawater with nano calcium carbonate, carbon nanotubes and a water reducing agent, adding the mixture into a cementing material, and stirring to obtain gelatinous slurry; and pouring basalt fiber into coral sand, stirring, adding into the gel slurry, stirring to obtain a concrete material, pouring into a mold, vibrating, standing, demolding, and curing to obtain the coral concrete. According to the method, the static compression strength, the dynamic compression strength and the impact toughness of the coral concrete can be improved at the same time, and the application prospect is good.
本发明公开了一种纳米材料‑玄武岩纤维增强珊瑚混凝土及其制备方法,混凝土包括硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、超细矿粉、珊瑚砂、海水、减水剂、玄武岩纤维、纳米碳酸钙及碳纳米管。制备方法包括将硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰和超细矿粉混合并搅拌,将三份1/3的人工海水分别与纳米碳酸钙、碳纳米管、减水剂混合超声分散并加入胶凝材料中搅拌,得到胶凝状浆体,将玄武岩纤维倒入珊瑚砂中搅拌并加入胶凝状浆体中搅拌得混凝土材料,经浇筑入模、振捣、静置、脱模、养护,即得珊瑚混凝土。本发明的方法能够同时提高珊瑚混凝土的静态压缩强度、动态压缩强度和抗冲击韧性,应用前景好。
