Prestressed carbon fiber rib tensioning system and tensioning method
The invention discloses a prestressed carbon fiber rib tensioning system and method, and belongs to the field of carbon fiber rib tensioning. The tensioning device comprises a fixed end and a tensioning end, wherein the tensioning end comprises two tensioning screws which are parallel to each other; the first steel plate is fixedly connected with the two tensioning screws; the tensioning end steel block is in sliding connection with the two tensioning screws and used for being connected with the carbon fiber rib when the carbon fiber rib is tensioned, and the tensioning end steel block is configured to at least enable the carbon fiber rib to wind around the periphery of the tensioning end steel block when the carbon fiber rib is connected; and the jack is arranged between the tensioning end steel blocks, and the jack is configured to be capable of applying acting force to the tensioning end steel blocks so that the tensioning end steel blocks can slide on the two tensioning screw rods, and tensioning of the carbon fiber rib is completed. Operation spaces do not need to be reserved at the two ends of the anchorage device, meanwhile, use of matched anchorage devices can be reduced, and slippage between the carbon fiber rib and the clamping piece and slippage between the clamping piece and the anchor cup are avoided.
