The invention relates to a complex interactive silt geological underwater steel pipe pile and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the steps that land and water double-layer guide frames are assembled to be used for steel pipe pile construction on land and in water; steel pipe piles are sunk firstly, then I-shaped steel is driven into the bottoms of the steel pipe piles, and concrete is poured for anchoring; driving the steel pipe pile into rapid deep water by adopting a vibration-free hole forming technology; a percussion drill is adopted for guiding holes, and the pile tip of the steel pipe pile penetrates through the riprap layer; a lengthening guide device is arranged to lengthen the steel pipe pile, and meanwhile, an amphibious double-layer guide frame is used as an overhanging type safety platform to assist in lengthening of the steel pipe pile. Vibration-free hole forming, precise lengthening, pile planting anchoring, pile tip strengthening, land and water double positioning and the like are achieved through a series of improved technologies, the construction efficiency and quality of the steel pipe pile are improved, and good technical and economic benefits can be obtained when the method is applied to actual engineering.
本发明涉及复杂交互粉砂地质水中钢管桩及其施工方法,包括拼装水陆双层导向架分别用于陆地和水中的钢管桩施工;采用先沉入钢管桩再打入工字钢于钢管桩底部并浇筑混凝土进行锚固;采用无振动成孔技术将钢管桩打入湍急深水中;采用冲击钻引孔,并加强钢管桩桩尖穿透抛石层;设置接长导向装置接长钢管桩,同时利用水陆双层导向架作为悬挑式安全平台辅助钢管桩接长。本发明通过系列改进技术实现无振动成孔、精准接长、植桩锚固、桩尖加强、水陆双定位等,提高钢管桩的施工效率和质量,应用于实际工程中可取得较好的技术经济效益。
