Pipe gallery lining rapid pouring construction method suitable for narrow space
The invention discloses a quick pouring construction method for a pipe gallery lining in a narrow space, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, connecting two groups of side wall templates of the pipe gallery lining to a self-propelled pipe gallery lining trolley, and then connecting an end template at the end of a poured bottom plate of the pipe gallery lining; and after the side wall formworks move to the paying-off mark points along with the self-propelled pipe gallery lining trolley and are tightly attached to the inner surfaces of the end formworks, concrete layering and symmetrical pouring and vibrating construction are conducted, after pouring is completed, demolding is conducted, and the self-propelled pipe gallery lining trolley is obtained. And then the inner and outer side formworks and the self-propelled pipe gallery lining trolley are synchronously moved to the next pipe gallery lining construction section to be repeatedly subjected to jacking positioning and pouring construction operation till the pouring construction operation of all segmented pipe gallery linings is completed. The self-propelled pipe gallery lining trolley is simple in structure, small in size and suitable for the construction requirement of pipe gallery lining in a narrow space, the side wall formwork and the self-propelled pipe gallery lining trolley are moved synchronously, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved while the concrete pouring forming and curing quality is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种适用于狭小空间下的管廊衬砌快速浇筑施工方法,首先将管廊衬砌的两组侧墙模板连接于自行式管廊衬砌台车上,再在管廊衬砌已浇筑底板的端头处连接端头模板,将侧墙模板随自行式管廊衬砌台车移动至放线标记点并与端头模板的内表面紧密贴合后,进行混凝土分层、对称浇筑振捣施工,浇筑完成后,脱模,再将内外侧模板连同自行式管廊衬砌台车同步移动至下一段管廊衬砌施工段重复进行顶升定位、浇筑施工操作,直至完成所有分段管廊衬砌的浇筑施工作业。本发明自行式管廊衬砌台车结构简单、体积小,适用于狭小空间下管廊衬砌的施工要求,将侧墙模板连同自行式管廊衬砌台车同步移位,保证混凝土浇筑成型及养护质量的同时极大提高施工效率。
