Upturning beam construction method
The invention discloses an upturning beam construction method. The method comprises the following steps that 1, a supporting system is built at a target position on a floor slab; 2, a pair of upturning beam side formworks are erected in the supporting system, the upturning beam side formworks and vertical steel pipes on the corresponding sides of the supporting system are supported through prediction concrete cushion blocks, and an upturning beam steel reinforcement framework is arranged between the upturning beam side formworks; 3, a plurality of sleeves are arranged between each upturning beam side formwork and the corresponding upturning beam steel reinforcement framework, and positioning holes are drilled in the corresponding positions of the floor slab; 4, split bolts are installed on the steel pipes on the top of the supporting system, and the split bolts penetrate through the sleeves and then are screwed into the floor slab positioning holes; 5, concrete is poured between the upturning beam side formworks to form an upturning beam; and 6, after the concrete is solidified, the upturning beam side formwork and the supporting system are dismantled, and the split bolts are taken out. The method can effectively eliminate the hidden danger of leakage caused by secondary pouring construction of the upturning beam.
本发明公开了一种上翻梁施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1、在楼板上目标位置搭建支撑系统;步骤2、在支撑系统中支设一对上翻梁侧模板,通过预测混凝土垫块支撑上翻梁侧模板以及支撑系统对应侧竖向钢管,并在上翻梁侧模板之间设置上翻梁钢筋骨架;步骤3、在每个上翻梁侧模板和上翻梁钢筋骨架之间分别设置若干套管,并在楼板对应位置钻出定位孔;步骤4、在支撑系统顶部钢管安装对拉螺栓,对拉螺栓穿过套管后螺入楼板定位孔;步骤5、向上翻梁侧模板之间浇筑混凝土形成上翻梁;步骤6、待混凝土凝固后,拆除上翻梁侧模板、支撑系统并取出对拉螺栓。本发明能够有效消除上翻梁二次浇筑施工带来的渗漏隐患。
