The invention discloses a high-temperature environment adaptive concrete hydration temperature rise inhibitor and a preparation method thereof. The concrete hydration temperature rise inhibitor disclosed by the invention is solid powder prepared from a solid-phase mixture consisting of a sodium trimetaphosphate ascorbic acid ester compound and a retarding component and molten paraffin, the sodium trimetaphosphate ascorbic acid ester compound is an ester compound generated by sodium trimetaphosphate and ascorbic acid under an alkaline condition; and the melting point of the paraffin is 44-50 DEG C. The high-temperature environment adaptive concrete hydration temperature rise inhibitor provided by the invention is prepared by melting and mixing a sodium trimetaphosphate ascorbate compound, a retarding component and paraffin. The hydration temperature rise inhibitor plays a role in hydration regulation and control, has little influence on an induction period, is suitable for being applied to high-temperature molded concrete, and can ensure the 28d compressive strength of the concrete at the same time.
本发明公开了一种高温环境适应型混凝土水化温升抑制剂及其制备方法。本发明所述混凝土水化温升抑制剂为三偏磷酸钠抗坏血酸酯类化合物与缓凝组分组成的固相混合物,与熔融石蜡制备而成的固体粉末;所述三偏磷酸钠抗坏血酸酯类化合物为三偏磷酸钠和抗坏血酸在碱性条件下生成的酯类化合物;所述石蜡熔点为44℃‑50℃。本发明提供的高温环境适应型混凝土水化温升抑制剂由三偏磷酸钠抗坏血酸酯类化合物、缓凝组分和石蜡熔融混合制备而成。本发明所述水化温升抑制剂起到水化调控性能的同时,对诱导期影响很小,且适合应用在高温入模的混凝土上,同时可保证混凝土28d的抗压强度。
