The invention discloses a preparation method of a novel environment-friendly roadbed material containing sludge. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing modified waste lime powder, sludge treatment substances, a soft soil curing agent and the like; and also comprises related preparation steps. Through simple roadbed material preparation steps, the method can be operated according to conventional conditions, has no special requirements on equipment, can meet the strength requirements of base layers and subbase layers of various roads, and has a wide application prospect in sludge solidification and stabilization; the material provided by the invention can effectively replace a traditional building material, the sludge is solidified to form a firm road base material, the problems of outward transportation, stacking and the like of the sludge are solved, and land occupation is reduced. According to the method, natural resources can be effectively saved, compared with a traditional method which causes waste of a large amount of stone, pond slag, cement, lime and other materials, efficient solidification and resource utilization are conducted on the sludge, the natural resources are saved, and energy consumption is reduced.
