The invention relates to a method for widening a light embankment at a curve section of an existing highway, which comprises the following steps of: grouting and solidifying a groove backfill body by adopting a grouting reinforcing pipe to form an anti-sliding falcon zone; a joint reinforcing body is arranged on the connecting step, and an interface connecting plate is arranged on the connecting slope; foundation reinforced belts and stable supporting piers are arranged in a foundation soil body below the roadside filling soil, and foundation supporting piles and foundation strips are arranged at the foundation positions of the light filling bodies; column side rail beams and suspension supporting stand columns are arranged in the direction, facing an embankment soil body, of the supporting stand columns; the transverse gradient and the spatial position of the drainage transverse pipe are adjusted through the hoop tie bars and the pipeline hoops; a sliding formwork is arranged on the side, facing the embankment soil body, of the suspension supporting stand column; thick foam concrete is poured firstly, then pavement waste materials are spread, and a light filling body is formed; reinforcing connecting plates, interface supporting ribs and interface reinforcing piers are arranged at the bottom of the pavement structure layer. The bearing performance of the widened area of the embankment can be improved, the construction efficiency of the light filling body is improved, and on-site utilization of the construction waste is achieved.
本发明涉及既有公路曲线段轻质路堤加宽方法,采用压浆补强管对沟槽回填体进行压浆固化,形成抗滑隼带;在连接台阶上设置接缝补强体、在连接斜面上设置界面连板;在路侧填土下方的地基土体内设置地基加筋带及稳固撑墩,在轻质填充体的基础部位设置基础撑桩及基础条带;在支撑立柱面向路堤土体方向设置了柱侧轨梁及悬撑立柱;通过抱箍拉筋及管道套箍调整排水横管的横向坡度和空间位置;在悬撑立柱面向路堤土体侧设置滑移模板;先灌注厚度泡沫混凝土,再撒布路面费料,形成轻质填充体;在路面结构层底部设置了补强连板、界面撑筋及界面补强墩。本发明可改善路堤加宽区域的承载性能,提升轻质填充体的施工效率,实现建筑垃圾就地利用。
