The clamping device is used for movably and fixedly connecting the track, one end of the telescopic device is connected with the main truss, and the other end of the telescopic device is connected with the clamping device; relative movement between the main truss and the track is driven through telescopic movement of the telescopic device. The main truss and the track are moved by repeatedly utilizing the clamping of the clamping device to the track and the telescopic movement of the telescopic device, the stroke and the advancing speed of the main truss and the track are controllable, the defects that the hanging basket is unstable and low in speed in the moving process can be effectively overcome, safety accidents are avoided, meanwhile, the construction efficiency is improved, and the labor cost is saved.
