The invention discloses an accurate-positioning, reusable and cleaning-free latticed column construction structure and a construction method thereof, relates to the technical field of foundation pit supporting, and solves the problems of positioning deviation and difficulty in manual chiseling due to over-filling of concrete in the existing latticed column construction process. The structure comprises a latticed column, the lower end of the latticed column is connected with a reinforcement cage, the latticed column is sleeved with a pile casing, the latticed column is provided with an isolation structure, the isolation structure comprises an inner isolation structure and an outer isolation structure which are correspondingly arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the latticed column respectively, and the outer isolation structure is located above the connecting portion of the latticed column and the reinforcement cage. A bottom sealing plate is arranged at the bottom of the internal isolation structure, the outer side of the latticed column above the external isolation structure is sleeved with a side sealing structure, and a sealing cover plate is arranged at the top of the latticed column; and a positioning device is arranged between the pile casing and the latticed column in a matched manner. The construction method of the construction structure is simple in process step, effectively reduces the difficulty and the operation intensity of manually cleaning the muck in the latticed column in the subsequent excavation process, improves the efficiency, and is economical and environment-friendly.
