The invention discloses a building wall concealed laying wire pipe grooving-free construction method based on BIM (Building Information Modeling), which can coordinate a design stage and a construction stage, and integrates the two aspects of design and construction to ensure the mounting precision of a wire pipe and a junction box. According to the method, the wall cannot be damaged, potential quality hazards are avoided, the concealed wiring pipe can be immediately constructed after the main body structure is constructed, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced; the method comprises the steps that based on BIM, the concealed wiring pipe is deeply designed; according to the deepening design result of the concealed laid pipeline, pre-grooving is conducted on the corresponding building blocks; and connecting the wire pipe with the pre-buried pipeline of the main body structure, connecting the junction box with the wire pipe, building a wall body, and burying the wire pipe and the junction box into the wall body.
