The initial rainwater treatment system is formed by jointly building a rotational flow grit chamber, a mixed reaction tank and a sedimentation tank, the rotational flow grit chamber is a single chamber, and the two mixed reaction tanks and the two sedimentation tanks are respectively positioned on the left side and the right side of the rotational flow grit chamber and are sequentially arranged according to a flow path; initial rainwater firstly enters the rotational flow grit chamber to remove sand grains in water, and the sand grains collected in the sand hopper are discharged through gravity of the sand discharging pipe; the initial rainwater flowing out of the rotational flow grit chamber flows into the mixed reaction tank, and floc is formed by adding an agent; the initial rainwater added with the agent enters a sedimentation tank for mud-water separation, and the treated initial rainwater is discharged from a clear water area of the sedimentation tank; sludge collected in a sludge bucket of the sedimentation tank is discharged out of the tank through a bottom sludge discharge pipe, and is transported out after being treated. The system can effectively remove sand grains, suspended solids, total phosphorus, part of COD and the like in initial rainwater, is convenient to maintain and manage and low in energy consumption, and reduces the operation cost.
