Method for preparing honeycomb ceramic oxygen permeation membrane through extrusion forming
The invention provides a method for preparing a honeycomb ceramic oxygen permeation membrane through extrusion forming. The preparation process comprises the following steps: preparing oxygen permeable membrane powder; preparing a pug blank; preparing a honeycomb ceramic oxygen permeation membrane; drying and shaping; and high-temperature sintering. On the basis of a honeycomb ceramic structure, the ceramic oxygen permeation membrane with the honeycomb structure is prepared by utilizing an extrusion forming method, the interior of the oxygen permeation membrane with the novel structure is honeycomb-shaped parallel channels, and the unit channels effectively guarantee the mechanical strength of the oxygen permeation membrane. In addition, the oxygen permeation membrane with the novel structure has the advantages of large membrane area per unit volume, easiness in sealing and the like. The method is simple in operation steps, high in production efficiency and beneficial to large-scale production and application.
