The invention provides a rail joint device, a rail system and a suspension type monorail traffic system, and relates to the technical field of rail traffic. The track seaming device comprises finger-shaped plates and a driving mechanism, every two finger-shaped plates form a plate set, and the two finger-shaped plates of the same plate set are arranged on the two tracks to be seamed correspondingly; all the finger-shaped plates comprise set finger-shaped plates, the set finger-shaped plates are rotatably arranged on the to-be-seamed track where the set finger-shaped plates are located, rotating shafts of the set finger-shaped plates are perpendicular to the large faces of the set finger-shaped plates, the rotating shafts of the set finger-shaped plates are perpendicular to the first direction, and the first direction extends in the front-back direction; the driving mechanism comprises a translation-to-rotation structure installed on a track to be seamed where the set finger-shaped plate is located, the translation-to-rotation structure comprises a translation component capable of translating in the first direction, and the translation-to-rotation structure converts translation motion of the translation component into rotation of the set finger-shaped plate. Therefore, the set finger-shaped plates are in butt joint with or separated from the finger-shaped plates of the same plate group.
