The invention relates to a construction method of a soil body reinforcing system at an inlet and outlet of a jacking pipe, which comprises the following steps: constructing a three-side waterproof curtain on one side of the inlet and outlet of an open caisson, forming an enclosure structure by the waterproof curtain and the open caisson, and arranging a soil body reinforcing area at the inlet and outlet of the open caisson on the inner side of the enclosure structure; a bottom sealing reinforcing body is constructed at the bottom of the hole opening soil body reinforcing area, and the bottom sealing reinforcing body is located below the access hole opening of the open caisson; and a stirring reinforcing body is constructed above the bottom sealing reinforcing body, and the height of the stirring reinforcing body covers the entrance and exit position of the open caisson.
