The invention relates to the field of bridge construction, in particular to a steel box girder and a manufacturing method thereof.The steel box girder comprises a top plate, the tops of a plurality of top plate U-shaped ribs are fixed to the bottom face of the top plate, the bottoms of the top plate U-shaped ribs are fixed to the tops of a plurality of transverse partition plates, and the bottoms of the transverse partition plates are fixed to a bottom plate; the web plate set is composed of two web plates in an inverted splayed shape, the bottoms of the web plates are fixed to the bottom plate, the web plates divide the transverse partition plates adjacent in the left-right direction, a plurality of cantilever arms are arranged at the two ends of each transverse partition plate, and a plurality of temperature adjusting mechanisms are arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate. The condition that the temperature of the top plate and the bottom plate is too high or too low or the temperature is suddenly changed to cause thermal expansion and cold contraction is avoided, the steel box girder is well protected, and the service life of the steel box girder is greatly prolonged.
本发明涉及桥梁建筑领域,尤其涉及一种钢箱梁及其制造方法,包括顶板,顶板的底面上固定有若干顶板U肋的顶部,顶板U肋的底部固定在若干横隔板的顶部,横隔板的底部固定在底板上,底板上固定有若干组腹板组,腹板组由两块呈倒八字形的腹板组成,腹板的底部固定在底板上,且腹板将左右相邻的横隔板进行分隔,横隔板的两端设有若干挑臂,顶板和底板之间设有若干温度调节机构,本发明通过温度调节机构的设置,对顶板和底板的温度进行调节,避免顶板和底板的温度过高、过低或者温度骤变而发生热胀冷缩的情况,对钢箱梁进行了很好的保护,大大提升了钢箱梁的使用寿命。
