Steel box girder and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a steel box girder structure. A steel box girder comprises a top plate unit, a bottom plate unit, a web unit, a diaphragm plate unit and a steel box girder tuyere unit. The web plate unit comprises a transverse web plate, U-shaped bayonets used for installing the top plate unit and the bottom plate unit are formed in the upper side edge and the lower side edge of the transverse web plate, and a plurality of partition plate caulking grooves used for installing the transverse partition plate units are further formed in the transverse web plate; the transverse partition plate unit comprises side transverse partition plates and in-box transverse partition plates, the side transverse partition plates are installed on partition plate caulking grooves in the sides of transverse web plates, and the in-box transverse partition plates are installed on partition plate caulking grooves in the plate faces of the transverse web plates. The steel box girder tuyere units are connected to the side transverse partition plates. Construction is convenient, the size of a box opening and the matching performance between beam sections can be effectively controlled, the positioning sizes of a top plate, a bottom plate and a web are controlled by arranging measuring points and transverse datum lines at the two ends of the jig frame, the section geometric size and matching performance of the steel box beam are guaranteed, and the purpose of effectively guaranteeing the bridge engineering quality is achieved.
本发明公开一种钢箱梁结构,所述钢箱梁包括顶板单元、底板单元、腹板单元、横隔板单元和钢箱梁风嘴单元;所述腹板单元包括横腹板,所述横腹板上下两侧边上设有用于安装所述顶板单元和底板单元的U型卡口,横腹板上还设置有若干用于安装所述横隔板单元的隔板嵌槽;所述横隔板单元包括边侧横隔板和箱内横隔板,边侧横隔板安装于横腹板边侧的隔板嵌槽上,所述箱内横隔板安装于所述横腹板板面上的隔板嵌槽上;所述钢箱梁风嘴单元连接于所述边侧横隔板上。本发明便于施工,能够有效控制箱口尺寸及梁段间匹配性,通过胎架两端各设置测量点及横向基准线控制顶、底板及腹板定位尺寸,保证钢箱梁断面几何尺寸及匹配性,达到有效保证桥梁工程质量的目的。
