Fabricated foundation pit supporting structure utilizing soil arching effect and construction method of fabricated foundation pit supporting structure
The construction structure comprises a plurality of profile steel stand columns, the profile steel stand columns are pressed into a soil body at the supporting position of a foundation pit, the lower ends of the profile steel stand columns are located in a solid soil layer below the bottom of the foundation pit, and a vertical cantilever structure is formed; an arch-shaped steel plate supporting body with the arch facing the outer direction of the foundation pit is connected to the portion, between every two profile steel stand columns, in the soil body. A foundation pit supporting structure is defined by the profile steel stand columns and the arch-shaped steel plate supporting bodies, soil pressure on the back of the upper supporting structure is maintained through resistance moment of a soil layer below the bottom of a foundation pit to the profile steel stand columns, soil bodies behind the arch-shaped steel plate supporting bodies form a soil arching effect area, and therefore the total soil pressure on the supporting structure is reduced. The supporting form and the construction method are suitable for foundation pit excavation supporting in soft soil foundation and loose sandy soil areas, all the supporting forms adopt an assembly mode, and the supporting form and the construction method have the advantages of being capable of being repeatedly used, high in efficiency, low in cost and low in pollution.
本发明公开了一种利用土拱效应的装配式基坑支护结构及其施工方法,施工结构包括多根型钢立柱,压入基坑支护位置处土体中,下端处于基坑底部以下坚实土层中,构成竖向悬挑结构;每两根所述型钢立柱之间的土体中连接有一个拱向朝基坑外方向设置的拱形钢板支护体;多根所述型钢立柱和多个所述拱形钢板支护体围合形成基坑支护结构,由基坑底部以下土层对型钢立柱的抵抗力矩维持上部支护结构背部的土压力,拱形钢板支护体背后土体形成土拱效应区,以降低对支护结构的总土压力。该发明的支护形式及施工方法适用于软弱土地基及松散砂土地区的基坑开挖支护,全部采用装配式,具有可重复利用、高效率、低成本以及低污染的优点。
