Cooling water supply system for hot-rolled strip steel with energy conservation and high cooling speed
The invention provides an energy-saving and high-cooling-speed cooling water supply system for hot-rolled strip steel. The cooling water supply system comprises a high-level water tank and a low-level diversion water tank which are arranged in a workshop; the high-level water tank is connected with the low-level diversion water tank through a water supply pipeline; the variable frequency pump set is arranged in the pump room; the variable frequency pump set is connected with the high-level water tank through a first pipeline which is provided with a first electric butterfly valve. The variable-frequency pump set is connected with the low-position diversion water tank through a second pipeline; a second electric butterfly valve is arranged on the second pipeline; when the second electric butterfly valve is closed and the first electric butterfly valve is opened, the variable frequency pump set provides cooling water for the high-level water tank, and the liquid level of the high-level water tank is adjusted to be in a stable state; when the first electric butterfly valve is closed and the second electric butterfly valve is opened, the variable frequency pump set provides cooling water for the low-position flow dividing water tank, and the water pressure of the low-position flow dividing water tank is adjusted to be in a stable state. Overflow reduction, energy conservation and high cooling speed of hot-rolled strip steel of the high-level water tank are flexibly realized.
本发明提供一种兼顾节能与高冷速的热轧带钢的冷却供水系统,包括:布置在车间内的高位水箱和低位分流水箱;高位水箱和低位分流水箱通过供水管路连接,低位分流水箱连接上下集管;布置在泵房内的变频泵组;变频泵组通过第一管路连接高位水箱,第一管路上设置第一电动蝶阀;变频泵组通过第二管路连接低位分流水箱,第二管路上设置第二电动蝶阀;当第二电动蝶阀关闭,第一电动蝶阀开启时,变频泵组向高位水箱提供冷却水,并且高位水箱的液位调节至稳定状态;当第一电动蝶阀关闭,第二电动蝶阀开启时,变频泵组向低位分流水箱提供冷却水,并且低位分流水箱的水压调节至稳定状态。本发明灵活实现高位水箱减少溢流量、节约能源和热轧带钢高冷却速度。
