The invention relates to a track anti-skid coating and a preparation method and application thereof.The anti-skid coating comprises a bonding layer, a waterproof layer, a middle layer and an anti-skid layer, the bonding layer is suitable for being arranged on a track body, the waterproof layer is arranged on the bonding layer, and the anti-skid layer is arranged on the side, away from the bonding layer, of the waterproof layer; the waterproof layer is a methacrylic resin layer; the anti-skid layer comprises anti-skid resin and hard particles. The waterproof layer with good waterproof performance is arranged on the track body, and track corrosion caused by falling of the anti-skid coating on the track can be avoided; and meanwhile, the anti-skid layer has an uneven surface, so that the adhesive force between the wheel and the track is ensured, and the phenomenon of wheel skid in rainy and snowy weather can be effectively avoided.
本发明涉及一种轨道防滑涂层及其制备方法和应用，所述防滑涂层包括粘接层、防水层、中间层和防滑层，所述粘接层适于设置于轨道本体上，所述防水层设置于所述粘接层上，所述防滑层设置于所述防水层远离所述粘接层的一侧；所述防水层为甲基丙烯酸树脂层；所述防滑层包括防滑树脂和硬质颗粒。本发明在轨道本体上设置具有较好防水性能的防水层，可以避免轨道上的防滑涂层脱落导致的轨道锈蚀；同时，防滑层具有凹凸不平的表面，保证了车轮与轨道的附着力，能够有效避免雨雪天气车轮打滑的现象。
