The invention discloses an elastic antiskid polyurethane coating which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65-80 parts of polyurethane resin; 30 to 80 parts of filler; a, 18-28 parts of rubber particles; b, 22 to 40 parts of rubber particles; 15 to 40 parts of water; 14 to 18 parts of dimethylaminoethyl acrylate; 15-20 parts of a curing agent; 1 to 1.5 parts of a leveling agent; 2-4 parts of a diluent; 0.8 to 1.4 parts of a dispersant; 0.5 to 0.7 part of a defoaming agent; and the sliding performance can be effectively improved.
