The semi-prefabricated segment assembly type RC bent cap comprises the TRC permanent formwork, an assembly type reinforcement cage, a formwork limiting ring and cast-in-place concrete. The TRC permanent formwork is of a prefabricated segment assembly type structure, and the assembly type reinforcement cage is arranged in a pouring cavity and comprises N longitudinal bars and M stirrups. A stirrup limiting rings are suspended and distributed at the top of each stirrup; the number of the template limiting rings is (N-a) * M, and each template limiting ring comprises a U-shaped rib and two lantern rings; the bottoms of the U-shaped ribs are pre-buried in the TRC permanent formwork, and inner cavities of the U-shaped ribs can be used for insertion of stirrups; each lantern ring is arranged on the periphery of the corresponding longitudinal bar in a sleeving mode. And the cast-in-place concrete is poured in the pouring cavity containing the fabricated reinforcement cage. The permanent formwork made of TRC has the advantages of being high in strength, good in bending resistance and crack resistance, resistant to corrosion and the like, the prefabricated permanent formwork is divided into a plurality of assemblies, and the transportation cost and the construction and maintenance difficulty of the permanent formwork are remarkably reduced.
