Operation platform for bridge pier column construction and maintenance and installation method thereof
The invention discloses a working platform for bridge pier column construction and maintenance and a mounting method thereof. The working platform comprises a platform body and a platform bearing mechanism. The platform body is defined by two semi-cylindrical platform units, and each platform unit comprises an upper platform, a lower platform, a plurality of inner supporting beams and an outer side wall. The upper platform comprises an upper inner ring beam, an upper outer ring beam, two upper edge beams and a plurality of upper radial beams; the lower platform comprises a lower inner ring beam, a lower outer ring beam, two lower edge beams, a platform plate and a plurality of lower radial beams; a plurality of inner support beams are uniformly connected between the upper inner ring beam and the lower inner ring beam; the outer side wall is connected between the upper and lower outer ring beams; each upper radial beam and each lower radial beam are telescopic beams, and the inner ends of the upper radial beams and the lower radial beams are connected with rolling wheels; the platform bearing mechanism comprises a bearing beam fixed to the top of the pier column and a platform lifting mechanism. The platform lifting mechanism comprises a winch and a hanging ring which are fixed to the outer side face of the platform body in a central symmetry mode, and a set of fixed pulleys fixed to the bearing beam. Operation of pier column maintainers can be facilitated.
