The static pressure composite pile construction equipment is characterized in that a groove is formed in the middle of a specially-made grouting rod piece, a kidney-shaped grouting hole is formed in the groove, and a rubber sealing ring is arranged outside the groove and plays a role of a one-way valve; the air bag sealing grouting device is stuffed into the special grouting rod piece by the specified depth, the effect of preventing upward grouting during grouting is achieved through extrusion of the air bag, and then section-by-section sequential grouting is achieved. During construction, the specially-made grouting rod is pressed to the designated depth through the static pressure device, then the grouting device is lowered, and grouting is conducted in sequence in a segmented mode; slurry with the viscosity larger than 25 s and the curing time within 2 h is selected as a grouting material, so that the grouting material can be suitable for special working conditions such as operating subways with the short skylight period. The method is suitable for pile foundation construction with small site conditions, and is particularly suitable for working conditions of differential settlement treatment and prevention of operating metros.
本发明涉及一种静压复合桩施工装备及工艺,特制注浆杆件在杆件中部设有凹槽,在凹槽上开设腰子型注浆孔,凹槽外部采用橡胶密封圈,起到单向阀作用;气囊密封注浆器塞入特制注浆杆件指定深度,通过气囊挤压起到防止注浆时向上冒浆的作用,进而实现逐节依次注浆。施工时,先通过静压装置将特制注浆杆压到指定深度,然后下放注浆器,分节依次进行注浆;注浆材料选用黏度大于25s、固化时间2h内的浆液,使其能够适用于运营地铁等天窗期较短的特别工况。本发明适用于场地条件较小的桩基础施工,尤其适用于运营地铁不均匀沉降治理和预防的工况。
