Plastic concrete and method for constructing vertical diaphragm wall
The invention discloses plastic concrete, a vertical anti-seepage wall constructed by the plastic concrete and a construction method of the vertical anti-seepage wall. The plastic concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 440 to 460 parts of water, 155 to 185 parts of cement, 35 to 73 parts of modified bentonite, 62 to 203 parts of limestone powder and 1320 to 1380 parts of machine-made sand. The construction method comprises the following steps: staking out in survey and constructing a guide wall; dividing plates and constructing in sections; preparing wall protecting slurry; digging a groove; pouring concrete and preparing an anti-seepage wall; and verifying drilling of the diaphragm wall. According to the method, the construction process of the plastic concrete diaphragm wall is improved, so that the plastic concrete diaphragm wall can be more efficiently, stably and fully applied in enclosing a polluted site or controlling a high-permeability dam, the grooving guarantee rate is greatly increased, the project progress is fast, interference factors are few, various resources can be well utilized, and the method is suitable for popularization and application. And meanwhile, a monitoring program after the wall is formed is standardized, and the quality problem caused by improper construction is avoided.
