The invention relates to a method for preparing cast stone by utilizing waste incineration fly ash in cooperation with solid waste. The method comprises the following steps: dehydrating and dechlorinating the waste incineration fly ash, and then carrying out filter pressing to remove excessive water; then the waste incineration fly ash and the silicon-containing solid waste are compounded, the acidity value is adjusted to be 1.1-1.8, and after compounding, the mixture is mixed to be uniform through a material mixing machine; putting the uniformly mixed mixture into a block making machine, and making fly ash blocks with the side length of 8-15cm under the action of an adhesive; and putting a plurality of fly ash blocks into a melting furnace for melting, putting molten liquid magma into a preheated mold, transferring the molten liquid magma and the mold into a heat treatment furnace, preserving heat for 1 hour at 900 DEG C, cooling to 650 DEG C, preserving heat for 1 hour, annealing, and finally cooling to room temperature along with the furnace to obtain the cast stone. The cast stone provided by the invention realizes large-quantity resource utilization of industrial wastes, prevents secondary environmental pollution, and has better social benefits and economic benefits.
本发明利用垃圾焚烧飞灰协同固废制备铸石的方法,先将垃圾焚烧飞灰脱水去氯再进行压滤去除多余水份;再将垃圾焚烧飞灰和含硅固废进行复配,调整酸度值为1.1~1.8,复配后用混料机进行混合均匀;将混合均匀的混合料放入制块机中,在粘接剂的作用下制成边长为8~15cm的飞灰块体;将若干飞灰块体放入熔融炉内经度进行熔融,将熔融后的液态岩浆放入预热好的模具中,连同模具转移到热处理炉中在900℃保温1小时,降温至650℃保温1小时退火,最后随炉冷却至室温得到铸石。本发明的铸石实现工业废弃物大宗量资源化利用,防止再次环境污染,具有较好社会效益与经济效益。
