The first driving mechanism comprises a first transmission assembly and a first power source, and the first power source is used for driving the supporting frame to move in the direction close to or away from the first power source; the second driving mechanism comprises a second transmission assembly and a second power source, and the second power source is used for driving the grabbing structure to move in the direction close to or away from the ground; the grabbing structure is used for clamping a steel rail to be replaced, when the first power source is started, the grabbing structure drives the steel rail to be replaced to move transversely along with movement of the supporting frame, when the second power source is started, the grabbing structure drives the steel rail to be replaced to move longitudinally, and electric adjustment of the transverse position and the longitudinal position of the steel rail to be replaced is achieved. The simple electric rail changing unit is simple in structure, easy to operate and high in rail changing efficiency.
