Resonance rubblization composite base pavement structure and construction process thereof
The invention relates to the field of white-to-black pavements and construction technologies, and particularly discloses a resonance rubblization composite base pavement structure and a construction technology thereof.The pavement structure sequentially comprises a modified rubblization layer, a 0.5-1.5 cm bonding layer, an 8-10 cm asphalt stabilized macadam layer, a 6-8 cm medium-grain asphalt concrete layer and a 4-5 cm fine-grain asphalt concrete layer from bottom to top; the raw material of the bonding layer comprises 100 parts of emulsified asphalt; and 0.5 to 2.5 parts of modified powder. The construction technology comprises the steps that S1, the rubble layer is prepared through the resonance rubble technology; s2, performing compaction treatment on a rubblization layer; s3, spraying a modified filler; s4, a bonding layer is laid and compacted; and S5, sequentially paving an asphalt stabilized macadam layer, a medium-grain asphalt concrete layer and a fine-grain asphalt concrete layer to obtain the resonance rubblization composite base pavement. According to the present invention, the interlayer bonding strength of the road surface is improved so as to prolong the service life of the road.
