The invention relates to the technical field of concrete structure construction, in particular to a large-volume concrete equipment foundation reserved bolt hole formwork which comprises a plurality of formwork vertical ribs arranged longitudinally, the adjacent formwork vertical ribs are stably connected through transverse connecting structures, and the transverse connecting structures are arranged in the extending direction of the formwork vertical ribs at intervals. A plurality of inclined strut structures are arranged between the transverse connecting structures to form a template cage; the outer side of the formwork cage is covered with a plurality of dense net layers, and the passing hole diameters of the dense net layers are gradually increased from inside to outside. According to the pouring formwork for forming the embedded bolt hole, concrete is prevented from entering the internal space of the bolt hole through the dense net layer, uniform extrusion force is borne so that a more regular embedded hole wall can be formed, dismantling is not needed after pouring forming, and therefore the efficiency and quality of pouring construction are greatly improved.
