The invention belongs to a replacement method, and particularly relates to a method for replacing a large vertical storage tank bottom plate of a nuclear power station. The method comprises the following steps: 1, designing a lifting device; 2, testing the performance of the lifting device; and 3, replacing and implementing the on-site bottom plate. The invention has the following remarkable effects: 1) the structure is stable and the reliability is high; (2) the tank body is uniformly stressed, and the deformation is small; and (3) the operation time in a closed space is reduced, and the probability of construction accidents is reduced. And 4) the tank body is lifted stably. And 5) the lifting device is convenient to manufacture, low in cost and high in economic benefit.
