JIG FOR REPLACING BOTTOM PLATE OF EXISTING TANK, AND METHOD FOR REPLACING BOTTOM PLATE OF EXISTING TANK BY USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for replacing a bottom plate of an existing tank, which enables stable ascent/descent of a drum plate, and a method for replacing the bottom plate of the existing tank by using the same.SOLUTION: A jig for replacing a bottom plate of an existing tank according to the present invention includes a jack-up jig 1 for jacking up a drum plate 3a. The jack-up jig 1 comprises two posts 5 capable of being erected near an existing tank 3, a reinforcing ring support member 9 that is attached in a vertically movable manner to the two posts 5 and that can support a reinforcing ring 7, and a jack 11 that is arranged between the two posts 5 to jack up the reinforcing ring support member.
【課題】胴板を安定して昇降させることのできる既設タンク底板取替用冶具及び、該冶具を用いた既設タンクの底板取替方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る既設タンク底板取替用冶具は、胴板３ａをジャッキアップするジャッキアップ冶具１を有し、ジャッキアップ冶具１が、既設タンク３の近傍に立設可能な２本のポスト５と、該２本のポスト５に上下方向に移動可能に取り付けられると共に補強リング７を支持可能な補強リング支持部材９と、２本のポスト５の間に配置されて補強リング支持部材をジャッキアップするジャッキ１１とを備えたことを特徴とするものである。【選択図】 図１
