The invention discloses a dimming structure (100), a preparation method thereof and a dimming device (1000). The dimming structure (100) comprises a first transparent substrate (10), a dimming module (30), a second transparent substrate (20) and a laminated body (40), wherein the first transparent substrate (10), the dimming module (30) and the second transparent substrate (20) are sequentially laminated along a first direction. The first transparent substrate (10) and the second transparent substrate (20) are oppositely arranged at an interval. The dimming module (30) is arranged between the first transparent substrate (10) and the second transparent substrate (20); the laminated body (40) is arranged between the first transparent substrate (10) and the second transparent substrate (20) and is positioned on at least one side of the dimming module (30) in the first direction; wherein the orthographic projection of the laminated body (40) on the first transparent substrate (10) covers at least part of the orthographic projection of the dimming module (30) on the first transparent substrate (10). According to the invention, the defect of black spots in the lamination processing process of the dimming structure (100) can be effectively improved, and the manufacturing yield of the dimming structure (100) and the dimming device (1000) can be improved.
