The invention relates to the technical field of formwork installation construction equipment, in particular to a novel formwork supporting system and a construction method.The novel formwork supporting system comprises a formwork piece and a supporting part, the formwork piece is horizontally placed on the ground to be constructed, the formwork piece is formed by combining a hard outer formwork and a soft inner formwork, penetrating holes are formed in the hard outer formwork at equal intervals, and the supporting part is arranged on the supporting part; outer protruding blocks are installed on one side wall of the soft inner mold at equal intervals and can be inserted into the inner wall of the penetrating hole. The supporting part comprises longitudinal keels fixedly connected with the hard outer mold through connecting pieces, the longitudinal keels are provided with connecting holes capable of being matched with the outer protruding blocks, the longitudinal keels are provided with transverse keels at equal intervals in the vertical direction of the longitudinal keels, and a fixed keel is inserted between every two transverse keels in the same horizontal plane. Threaded holes are formed in the fixing plates at the two ends of each transverse keel, positioning rods are rotationally installed at the positions, close to the fixing plates, of the tops of the transverse keels, and the construction method has the advantages of being simpler in construction mode and higher in construction efficiency.
