The invention discloses a composite high-strength anti-crack cement stabilized macadam base and a preparation method thereof. A cement stabilized composite material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 2-8 parts of Portland cement; 350 to 450 parts of aggregate; 60 to 70 parts of water; 1-3 parts of polypropylene fiber; 1 to 3 parts of hydrophilic basalt fiber; 1-2 parts of a water reducing agent; 3-5 parts of an anti-cracking agent; the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing and stirring a proper amount of Portland cement, aggregate, polypropylene fiber, hydrophilic basalt fiber and anti-cracking agent to obtain a mixture A; adding the remaining aggregate, water reducing agent, anti-cracking agent, hydrophilic basalt fiber and polypropylene fiber into the mixture A, uniformly spraying water onto the sample, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture B; and the mixture B is divided according to a quartering method and sequentially poured into a barrel to be vibrated, after vibration is completed, the mixture B is put into a vibrating compactor to be compacted, and the composite cement stabilized macadam base material is obtained.
