Steel shell concrete combined pier top structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a steel shell and concrete combined pier top structure which comprises a steel pipe support, a steel shell and concrete combined pier top structure, a steel shell and concrete combined pier top structure and a steel shell and concrete combined pier top structure. The pier top shell is of a rectangular frame structure, the pier top shell is fixedly arranged on the top face of the pier column, and the upper portion of the steel pipe support is located in the pier top shell; the steel pipe support and the pier top shell form the combined pier top structure through concrete pouring. The combined pier top is of a steel-concrete structure, the performance of steel and concrete materials in the pier top area can be brought into full play, the stress performance of the pier top area is improved, and the pier top area meets the structural stress requirements during large loads and pier beam consolidation; the steel pipe support and the interior of the pier top shell are poured into a whole through concrete, the effect of structural stress transition is achieved, the stress capacity of the pier top is improved, and the safety risk caused by too large rigidity change of the junction of the combined pier top and the concrete pier column can be avoided.
本发明公开了一种钢壳混凝土组合墩顶结构,包括:钢管支架,其下部预埋于墩柱内,上部向上延伸出所述墩柱的顶部;墩顶外壳,其为矩形框结构,所述墩顶外壳固定设置在所述墩柱顶面,所述钢管支架的上部位于所述墩顶外壳内;所述钢管支架和所述墩顶外壳通过混凝土浇筑形成组合墩顶结构。本发明的组合墩顶为钢混结构,可以充分发挥墩顶区域钢和混凝土材料性能,提高墩顶区域受力性能,使其满足较大荷载及墩梁固结时的结构受力需求,同时,在组合墩顶结构内部设置钢管支架,钢管支架与墩顶外壳的内部通过混凝土浇筑成一体,起到结构受力过渡的作用,提高墩顶的受力能力,也可以避免组合墩顶与混凝土墩柱交界处刚度变化过大导致的安全风险。
