Steel-UHPC combined formwork core-filled concrete pier column and construction method thereof
The invention provides a steel-UHPC combined formwork core-filled concrete pier column and a construction method thereof. A combined formwork comprises a UHPC outer shell and a steel plate inner shell which are formed by pouring from outside to inside in sequence. The UHPC shell is arranged on the outer layer, and the concrete column is protected by exerting the characteristic of high durability of materials; the steel plate inner shell comprises a steel plate, short shear nails and stiffening ribs, the short shear nails are welded to the outer side of the steel plate so as to enhance the connectivity with the UHPC outer shell, and the stiffening ribs are welded to the inner side of the steel plate so as to improve the overall rigidity of the combined formwork. The steel plate inner shell replaces a traditional column body steel reinforcement framework, the problem that the steel reinforcement framework is complex to hoist and position in the construction process is solved, and the construction efficiency and quality are effectively improved. The steel plate inner shell and the UHPC outer shell are prefabricated together, so that the durability of the column shell and the steel-UHPC combined formwork core-filled concrete pier column is improved; the combined formwork is tightly connected with the filling core, the radial restraining effect on the inner-layer concrete column is fully achieved, and the bearing capacity and the shock resistance of the steel-UHPC combined formwork core-filling concrete pier column are improved.
