Shallow-buried excavation entrance and exit construction method and supporting system thereof
The shallow-buried excavation entrance and exit construction method provided by the invention is suitable for a co-construction project of an entrance and exit open excavation section and a housing construction structure; when a house-building structure foundation pit cannot be used for rail engineering for a long time and an entrance and exit underground excavation structure does not have the construction condition from outside to inside, after a co-building section foundation pit is utilized, an entrance underground excavation section advanced large pipe shed and a cover arch are constructed in the short gap period of constructing a co-building section house-building structure; conditions are created for construction from inside to outside in the direction from the underground station to the open cut section; by arranging the load conversion pile and the load conversion plate, the upper ground surface load is shared, the construction risk of the shallow-buried excavation section is reduced, and roof fall accidents can be effectively prevented. The invention further provides a shallow-buried excavation entrance and exit supporting system constructed through the construction method, the supporting system meets the construction requirements of a co-construction section and an underground excavation section at the same time, co-construction section and land block development is not affected by underground excavation section construction, and interference of mutual construction of bilateral engineering can be greatly reduced.
本发明提供的浅埋暗挖出入口施工工法,适用于出入口明挖段与房建结构共建工程;当房建结构基坑不能长时间供轨道工程使用,出入口暗挖结构不具备由外往里的施工条件时,利用共建段基坑完成后,在施作共建段房建结构的短暂空隙期,施作出入口暗挖段超前大管棚及套拱,为从地下车站向明挖段方向由里往外施工创造条件;通过设置荷载转换桩及荷载转换板,分担上部地表荷载,降低浅埋暗挖段施工风险,可有效预防冒顶事故。本发明还提供了采用该施工工法所构建的浅埋暗挖出入口支护体系,该支护体系同时满足共建段和暗挖段的建设需求,共建段暨地块开发不受暗挖段施工的影响,可极大地减小双边工程相互施工的干扰。
