A telescopic slag suction device comprises a suction unit, a telescopic slurry pipe, a top slurry pipe and a hoisting steel cable, and a slurry pump and a stirrer of the suction unit are linearly arranged at intervals; a telescopic slurry pipe is fixedly arranged at a slurry pipe connecting plate of the suction unit, and the slurry pipe on the innermost layer is fixedly provided with a transition thread bushing and then is communicated with the transition slurry return pipe; the top slurry pipe is fixedly arranged on the top connecting flange of the telescopic slurry pipe; the hoisting steel rope penetrates through the top slurry pipe and is connected with the slurry pipe lifting lug; according to the telescopic slag suction device, the telescopic slurry pipe is lowered to the bottom of the underground diaphragm wall groove layer by layer through the hoisting steel cable, slurry and disintegrating slag particles in the underground diaphragm wall groove body are sucked away by operating the stirrer of the suction unit to rotate and stir and operating the slurry pump to perform powerful suction, and the slag particles are sucked away through circulating operation of the stirrer and the slurry pump. The cleanliness of the slurry in the groove body meets the technical specification requirement, and it is guaranteed that an underground diaphragm wall body with the upper portion and the lower portion uniform is formed after a reinforcement cage is placed and concrete is poured.
一种伸缩式吸渣装置,包括抽吸单元、可伸缩的浆管、顶部浆管、起吊钢索,抽吸单元的抽浆泵、搅拌器以一字排列、且间隔布置方式设置;可伸缩的浆管固装于抽吸单元的浆管连接板处、且其最内层浆管固装过渡螺纹套后与过渡回浆管贯通;顶部浆管固装于可伸缩的浆管的顶部连接法兰上,起吊钢索穿过顶部浆管与浆管吊耳连接;本发明伸缩式吸渣装置利用起吊钢索逐层下放可伸缩的浆管到达地下连续墙槽底,通过操纵抽吸单元的搅拌器旋转搅拌、抽浆泵强力抽吸,将地下连续墙槽体内的泥浆及碎渣颗粒吸走,经过搅拌器、抽浆泵循环作业,使槽体内泥浆清洁度达到技术规范要求,保证放入钢筋笼、灌注混凝土后形成上下均质一致的地下连续墙墙体。
