According to the technical scheme, the water content control system for the industrial byproduct gypsum comprises a drying part, a feeding part, a discharging part, a heat flow part and a material returning part, the feeding end of the drying part is higher than the discharging end, and a channel allowing materials to slide downwards along the interior of the drying part is formed; the feeding part is arranged at the top end of the channel and used for feeding materials into the channel; the discharging part is arranged at the bottom end of the channel and used for discharging materials downwards. The hot flow part is arranged at the top or the bottom of the drying part and is used for injecting high-temperature gas from top to bottom or from bottom to top; and the material returning part is arranged at the top end of the channel. The drying part with one high end and one low end is arranged, the discharging part is arranged at the bottom end of the drying part, the material returning part is arranged at the top end of the drying part, the hot flow part allows high-temperature gas to circulate from bottom to top or from bottom to top, and the feeding part is arranged at the top end of the drying part and allows materials to circulate from top to bottom, so that a downstream or countercurrent drying mode of the materials and the high-temperature gas is formed; and the flash drying effect and the drying effect from low to high are respectively obtained.
本发明的技术方案提供一种工业副产石膏含水控量系统,包括烘干部、投料部、出料部、热流部以及回料部,烘干部进料端高于出料端,形成可供物料沿其内部向下滑落的通道;投料部设置在所述通道的顶端,用于朝所述通道内投入物料;出料部设置在所述通道的底端,用于向下排料;热流部设置在所述烘干部的顶部或底部,用于从上至下或从下至上的注入高温气体;回料部设置在所述通道的顶端。本发明通过一端高一端低的烘干部,其底端为出料部,其顶端为回料部,热流部供高温气体从下至上或从下至上的流通,投料部设在烘干部顶端,供物料从上至下的流通,从而形成物料与高温气体顺流或逆流的烘干模式,分别获得闪燥和由低淅高的干燥效果。
