本发明提出了一种海砂改性剂及其制备方法,包括质量比为1~2:3~6的聚丙烯纤维和木陶瓷,其中,聚丙烯纤维的长度为5~7mm,木陶瓷粉碎至150~250目。本发明通过选用聚丙烯纤维与木陶瓷搭配用于改性海砂,加入水泥养护所得试件具有较好的无侧限抗压强度、粘聚力、抵抗变形能力和高阻尼比,不仅降低纤维的使用量,同时也充分利用了木材加工废料,绿色环保,可使海砂用于实际工程建设中,对于我国海洋资源开发和利用具有重要意义。
