Method for preparing YAG-based transparent ceramic through microwave curing
A method for preparing YAG-based transparent ceramic through microwave curing comprises the following steps: taking Al2O3 and Y2O3, or Al2O3, Y2O3 and rare earth oxide as raw materials, weighing the raw materials according to the stoichiometric ratio of corresponding elements in the chemical formula Y3Al5O12 or (Y1-xRax3Al5O12, and adding citric acid and deionized water to obtain ceramic slurry; carrying out ball milling on the ceramic slurry, adding acrylamide, adding N, N '-methylene bisacrylamide and tetramethylpiperidine nitroxide free radicals, and carrying out roller ball milling; then, azodibutyronitrile is added for defoaming; and sequentially carrying out microwave curing, drying, calcining, vacuum sintering and annealing to obtain the YAG-based transparent ceramic. According to the method, the gel period of gel injection molding can be shortened, the preparation process of the transparent ceramic is greatly shortened, the production cost is reduced, the oxygen inhibition effect has no obvious hindering phenomenon on a curing molding scheme, and integrated molding and efficient production of the transparent ceramic with the special-shaped structure can be achieved.
一种微波固化制备YAG基透明陶瓷的方法,包括:以Al2O3和Y2O3、或者Al2O3、Y2O3和稀土氧化物作为原料,按化学式Y3Al5O12或(Y1‑xRex)3Al5O12中对应元素的化学计量比称取各原料,加入柠檬酸和去离子水得到陶瓷浆料;将陶瓷浆料球磨后加入丙烯酰胺,再加入N,N’亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和四甲基哌啶氮氧自由基进行滚筒球磨;再加入偶氮二丁腈进行脱泡;再依次经过微波固化、干燥、煅烧、真空烧结、退火后得到YAG基透明陶瓷。该方法可缩短凝胶注膜成型的凝胶期,大幅度缩短透明陶瓷的制备过程,降低生产成本,且氧阻聚效应对固化成型方案无明显阻碍现象,能实现异形结构透明陶瓷的一体化成型与高效生产。
