The method comprises the following treatment on a ceramic wave-transparent covering cap blank: 1) water boiling pretreatment; 2) dipping and compounding; 3) microwave drying; (4) surface machining; and the green body is formed by integrally weaving quartz fiber yarns in warp and weft directions. According to the method for preparing the ceramic wave-transparent covering cap based on microwave drying, the microwave drying method is adopted, the effects of rapid temperature rising, uniform heating and energy saving can be achieved, and the energy consumption reduction range can reach 70%; according to the method, the expected effect can be efficiently achieved under the condition that the internal structure of the fabric is not changed; by means of the method, the compounding period of each round is shortened, and theoretical support is provided for batch production; and the product performance test of the invention achieves an expected effect.
