The invention provides a method for improving oxidation resistance of a carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite, and relates to the field of carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites.The method comprises the steps that S1, raw materials are prepared; s2, carbon fiber surface pretreatment; s3, carbon fiber surface modification; s4, preparing a composite material prefabricated body; s5, curing the precursor; s6, heat treatment and carbonization; according to the preparation method, surface pretreatment and modification technologies such as surface roughening and modifier coating are adopted, the interface bonding strength between the carbon fibers and a ceramic matrix is improved, and the oxidation resistance of the composite material is improved, secondly, in the preparation stage of the composite material, the compactness of the material is guaranteed through the steps of curing condition control, bubble removal and the like, and the service life of the composite material is prolonged. In addition, the vapor deposition anti-oxidation layer technology in the novel treatment method can form a compact and uniform anti-oxidation layer on the surface of the composite material, so that oxygen invasion is effectively prevented, and the anti-oxidation performance of the composite material is improved.
