The invention discloses a spherical starch-based cement-based material internal curing agent and a synthesis method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of cement-based material internal curing agents. The preparation method is used for preparing the cement-based material internal curing agent with a regular shape. The method comprises the following steps: preparing an aqueous phase solution which comprises a gelatinized starch solution, an initiator solution and a monomer solution; under the protection of nitrogen, preparing an oil phase solution to form a suspension dispersion system; slowly adding the prepared gelatinized starch solution and the initiator solution into the prepared oil-phase solution under the protection of nitrogen and stirring conditions, stirring for a certain time, dropwise adding the monomer solution, carrying out polymerization reaction for a certain time under the stirring condition after dropwise adding is completed, and cooling to room temperature under the stirring condition, so as to obtain a polymerization product; and standing to obtain a mixture, centrifuging, pouring into absolute ethyl alcohol which is stirred at a high speed, washing for a plurality of times, and drying in a vacuum drying oven to obtain the spherical starch-based cement-based material internal curing agent. The prepared particles are remarkable in sphericity and uniform in particle size.
一种球形淀粉基水泥基材料内养护剂及其合成方法，属于水泥基材料内养护剂制备技术领域。为制备规则形状的水泥基材料内养护剂。本发明包括配置水相溶液，包括糊化淀粉溶液、引发剂溶液和单体溶液；在氮气的保护下，配置油相溶液，形成悬浮分散体系；在氮气的保护、搅拌条件下，将配置好的糊化淀粉溶液、引发剂溶液缓慢加入到配置的油相溶液中，搅拌一定时间后再逐滴加入单体溶液，滴加完毕后在搅拌条件下进行聚合反应一定时间，然后在搅拌条件下冷却至室温，静置后得到混合物离心处理，倒入高速搅拌的无水乙醇中，洗涤若干后，置于真空干燥箱中烘干，得到一种球形淀粉基水泥基材料内养护剂。本发明制备的粒子的球形显著，粒径均匀。
