Converter tapping hole composite pipe brick and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a composite tubular brick for a tapping hole of a converter and a preparation method. The tubular brick is sequentially composed of an inner wall, a middle wall and an outer wall from inside to outside in the radial direction. The inner wall is prepared from the following raw materials: fused magnesite; magnesite clinker; silicon carbide powder; boric acid; the middle wall is prepared from the following raw materials: fused magnesite; crystalline flake graphite; a phenolic resin; the outer wall is prepared from the following raw materials: fused magnesite; crystalline flake graphite; silica powder; boron carbide; a phenolic resin; complexing a magnesium-aluminum cementing agent; and nano ceramic. The inner and outer three-layer structure is adopted, the volume density of the tubular brick is effectively improved through the outer wall, and the high-temperature strength of a sintered layer refractory material of the tubular brick is remarkably improved through the complexing magnesium-aluminum cementing agent and the nano ceramic; the middle wall adopts higher MgO content, so that the erosion resistance of the tubular brick is improved; silicon carbide powder, boric acid and fused magnesite are combined to form a protective layer on the inner wall, so that the durability is enhanced.
本发明涉及一种转炉出钢口复合管砖及制备方法,该管砖沿径向由内至外依次为内壁、中壁、外壁构成;内壁由以下原料制备而成:电熔镁砂;烧结镁砂;碳化硅粉;硼酸;中壁由以下原料制备而成:电熔镁砂;鳞片石墨;酚醛树脂;外壁由以下原料制备而成:电熔镁砂;鳞片石墨;硅微粉;碳化硼;酚醛树脂;络合镁铝胶结剂;纳米陶瓷。本发明采用内外3层结构,外壁有效提高了管砖的体积密度,采用络合镁铝胶结剂及纳米陶瓷,显著改善了管砖的烧结层耐材的高温强度;中壁采用较高MgO含量提高管砖的抗侵蚀性;内壁采用碳化硅粉、硼酸与电熔镁砂结合形成防护层,增强了耐用性。
