The invention discloses a construction method of an attached scaffold under the condition of super-large span in a variable cross-section building, which comprises the following steps of: 1, mounting an anti-falling device, the high-rise anti-falling device is installed and reinforced through an anti-falling device fixing assembly, a tie fixing assembly, a tie rod assembly and a reinforcing truss, and the high-rise anti-falling device is installed and reinforced through a horizontal fixing frame and a supporting frame assembly on a floor where a floor is not constructed of an existing building structure. 2, the attached scaffold assembly is installed; and 3, the attached scaffold assembly is lifted.
