The invention discloses a building floor large-area integral surface layer terrace construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, pouring floor slab concrete, inserting iron wires or cold-drawn wires to form a rough surface during pouring construction, and obtaining a base layer after the floor slab concrete is completely solidified; 2, the base layer is cleaned and fully wetted, the exposed part of the reserved iron wire or cold-drawn wire is straightened, and then the base layer is subjected to slurry making treatment; 3, building floor concrete is poured on the base layer, grinding and slurry extraction treatment and aggregate spreading construction are conducted on the surface of the building floor concrete before the building floor concrete is initially solidified, and then the building floor concrete is maintained till the surface is cured; and 4, hardening agent construction is conducted on the surface of the building floor terrace concrete subjected to surface curing in the step 3. The method has the advantages of being convenient to construct and easy to operate, and the quality defects of cracking, hollowing and the like in the construction process of the large-area terrace can be greatly and effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种楼地面大面积整体面层地坪施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1、浇筑楼板混凝土,浇筑施工时后插铁丝或冷拔丝形成毛面,待楼板混凝土完全凝固后得到基层;步骤2、对基层进行清理并使其充分湿润,并将预留的铁丝或冷拔丝露出部分调直,然后对基层进行造浆处理;步骤3、向基层上浇筑楼地面地坪混凝土,在楼地面地坪混凝土初凝固前对楼地面地坪混凝土表面进行磨抹提浆处理和撒布骨料施工,然后对楼地面地坪混凝土进行养护直至表面熟化;步骤4、在步骤3表面熟化的楼地面地坪混凝土表面进行硬化剂施工。本发明具有施工便捷、操作简单的优点,能够大幅度有效降降低大面积地坪中施工中的开裂、空鼓等质量缺陷。
