And introducing carbon dioxide, stirring and washing, then carrying out solid-liquid separation, and finally sanding and granulating to obtain the granulated powder. The invention solves the problems of poor chloride ion removal effect, high cost and serious wastewater pollution in the existing process for preparing the zirconium oxide granulation powder by a liquid phase method.
