The invention provides a pipeline shaft reverse construction method which comprises the following steps: positioning and paying off a wall body of a pipeline shaft according to a drawing, manufacturing an angle steel bracket according to pipeline arrangement, and determining the position of each hoop; the manufactured angle steel supports are placed on the upper layer concrete floor slab surface and the lower layer concrete floor slab surface respectively, and the vertical pipes are sequentially installed from bottom to top; after all the vertical pipes are installed, acceptance check is conducted according to related drawings and regulations, and piping shaft wall building and plastering work is started after acceptance check is qualified; and after the pipe shaft wall body building and plastering work is completed, the original temporarily-fixed angle steel support is dismantled. After construction of the main body structure is completed, the fixing support and the pipeline in the pipeline shaft are installed firstly, secondary structure building and plastering engineering construction of the pipeline shaft are conducted after acceptance inspection is qualified, the problem that operation of constructors is difficult due to the fact that the pipeline shaft is narrow is solved, and compared with the prior art, a large amount of labor is saved, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明提供了一种管道井逆作法施工方法,包括:根据图纸进行管井墙体定位放线,按照管道排布制作角钢支架并确定各个卡箍的位置;在上下两层混凝土楼板面上分别放置制作完成的所述角钢支架,从下往上依次安装各根立管;待各所述立管安装完成后,根据相关图纸及规定进行验收,验收合格后开始管道井墙体砌筑及抹灰工作;待所述管道井墙体砌筑及抹灰工作完成后,将原来临时固定的角钢支架拆除。本发明在主体结构施工完成后,先进行固定支架及管道井内管道安装,验收合格后再进行管道井的二次结构砌筑及抹灰工程施工,解决了因管井狭小造成施工人员操作困难的问题,相比现有技术,节约了大量人工与工期。
